Is this effective for under breast itch?

If you have an active rash or something then you should get that diagnosed by a provider and have it medically treated. For maintaining a healthy skin biome and ridding any excess oil or microorganisms, it is a good product. I would not use it daily because it will lose its effectiveness if you overexpose, your skin to it.

Does this treat tinea versicolor?

I would say yes. It takes a while for the discoloration to change back to normal

Is there aloe in this product? as i share a bathroom with someone who is highly allergic. thanks!

It does not contain aloe, to the best of my knowledge
