Initially I found the highest heat level (6) to be insufficient until after my first use. Afterwards I experienced such a dynamic increase in flexibility & elimination of pain that I was capable of returning to my desired level of activity! The heat was subtle, but extremely effective in eliminating my pain & stiffness. I immediately appreciated this lightweight, soft & flexible heat pad because I found it easy to treat my neck & shoulders. Since sitting or lying upon this product is disallowed I did find it difficult to keep it in position (hands free) while treating my middle & lower back. I then employed an adjustable nylon strap attached to 2 sturdy metal clips to secure the position I desired (attached carefully to the hemmed edge only to avoid damaging the wiring inside the pad). Although I haven't yet attempted to clean this product, the instructions indicate that laundering on a gentle, machine cycle without the detachable electrical cord is possible/recommended! As always I advise reading the enclosed instructions thoroughly before attempting initial use. I really enjoyed the comfort afforded by the soft fabric & flexibility of this product. The fact that after my first use I was finally able to effortlessly resume my usual activities (especially my Hatha Yoga practice) is the highest recommendation I could offer to anyone seeking pain relief! This is the second one we have bought! My husband bought me one several years ago for severe arthritis pain among other body pain issues due to seizures! I had to buy him one so he would stay off of mine! It works amazing, the size is great! It’s super comfy too! Highly recommend! Does get VERY hot the higher you go!!

Heating pad has 3 settings & stays on providing relief for several hours. This is the best heating pad I’ve ever used for my lower back pain, and I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love everything about this heating pad. It's made beautifully with one side being very soft, and the warmth it puts out is amazing. I've been dealing with terrible chronic pain in my lower back and down through my hip and leg. This is big enough to cover it all, I use it laying down and in my recliner. Just be careful because it gets REALLY warm if you use the max setting. I just had surgery for my issue and this heating pad was an absolute life saver before surgery! Now I use it to warm up my bed before I get in LOL, I love it!

It stopped working. I think it is too much to spend and only last less then 3 months. It does get very hot I burned my skin first time using. Did not get any instructions so I don’t know what settings are. The on/off button is very hard to push down. Its so disappointing.

The plug keeps coming loose, other than that so far so good

I have been using heating pads for years for body pain and was so thrilled when these nice soft type ones first started coming out instead of the old fashioned plastic ones with the stupid blue felt cover that always was sliding all over, these are wonderful and the extra extra large size is absolutely perfect for sitting on or putting over your hips or leaning up against it or wherever you need it. Of course I use mine every day so they do have a lifespan, I've bought several. They probably last a year or two each something like that.

Where has this heating pad been all my life? It's amazing! I have a full spinal fusion (T-4 thru Pelvis), and this large (and long) heating pad treats my entire back at the same time! The heating pad is made of a very soft microfiber material, that is washable. The electric cord hooks up very securely to the pad, and cannot be pulled from the pad very easily. This pad can get very hot (hurrah!). The 1-6 heat levels are perfect, #4 is plenty hot for me. #5 and #6 are very hot and I can't stand them for very long. Finally, a heating pad that heats up! My last couple of Drugstore heating pads were very small, and they didn't heat up very well. This heating pad rules them all, and it has exceeded my expectations by a long shot!
