Queen Size Phoenix Espresso Frame w/ 8 Inch Mattress Microfiber Suede Futon Set Wood Sofa Bed (Frame w/ Olive Mattress Queen Size)

I was so excited to buy a product with all 5 star ratings, but even though the frame came well-packaged and in perfect condition, the cushion had several black stains on it. I was able to get them out, but now the cushion has soap in it, which will attract more dirt. In addition, when you want to make it into a bed, you have to MOVE it away from the wall, or it will tear up your wall. Most futon couches glide out easily away from the wall without you having to physically pick up the whole couch and move it.Our new married kids slept on it and said the cushion was too hard to sleep well on, but I am sure it depends on whether you like firm or not. Just know it is a firm cushion.It took about 3 hours to assemble.

Looks great, my son slept on it last night and he said it was very comfortable. Went together pretty easily, but first watch the video on kodiakfurniture.com for installation. Easy to understand and also shows you how to press the middle when pulling it upright. I had no trouble getting it to stay upright.

This is a nice futon. It looks really nice; and is of good quality. I had no problem building it by myself. The platform slides easily between positions. Honestly, I don't know how good the included mattress is, because I put a regular queen mattress on it. The one that came with it is still rolled up in the plastic it was shipped in. The reason I am only giving this 3 stars is because of at the expensive price point, I would expect the storage drawers to have a track to roll on. They do not. It is just two uncovered boxes that slide underneath. For this price, I expect tracks to put them on. Otherwise, it is a very nice piece of furniture; and really looks great. The tables at each end go up and down; and are quite sturdy. Best looking futon I have ever seen.

This is a great futon and definitely worth every penny. The only reason this is not 5 start review is because one on my pieces didn't have one of the holes for the screws all the way drilled out. And one of the holes you put the wooden cap into was too big... Luckily we were able to finish the job ourselves with scissors and glue! It took me and my husband about 2 hours to put together. Assembly a little confusing at first glance, but the website has a very helpful assembly video.Now that is all put together, I have to say it is extremely comfortable! Great back support and easy to move up and down.We bought non slip grip, a waterproof matress cover, and futon covers, to enhance the futon experience and everything is working out great. I highly recommend you buy this futon!

This company has been nothing but awesome. I had a problem setting it up. They were there with answers. I moved and lost some hardware. They were there to help again. Now the review on the futon. I have got so many compliments on this. It's comfortable. The bed is full and big. The colors are brilliant they really pop against each other. The wood looks wonderful. The side tables are sturdy. I can not say enough nice things about this futon and this company.

Amazing service! Jerry was incredibly helpful, considerate, and kind. When parts of the order got lost he tracked it and called me to make sure all details were available. Technically they don't ship to my location but even then since the order was placed he carried it out at his loss. I do greatly appreciate everything you do! Hands down best service I've received on Amazon so far! The futon was easy to assemble and it looks amazing the hardwood really accents the black cover and it's made of solid wood as opposed to the packyboard most furniture is made of today. Very solid would recommend the price is very reasonable for the quality!

This was the perfect addition to my office/library. My step daughter slept on it and said she would give it a 10. It is very heavy so trying to push it back to a seated position takes a little umph! But other than that, no complaints!

This is not a small cheaply outfitted Futon. It took a while to put it together, but it provides my family (two boys over 6'3" tall), myself (6'4") and my wife (5'10") with ample cushion and comfort both as a bed and as seating. A GREAT PURCHASE. We are very happy with this unit. I have not seen another unit with half the value of this one. LOVE IT !!!
