Game changer for meetings and conference calls
First off, I chose this model specifically because it is wired. I have seen coworkers use wireless models that had unacceptable latency issues and I did not want to deal with charging or pairing. It connects right away to your phone or your laptop with USB C and includes an adapter to USB A. The control buttons are a nice touch.I use this with my laptop in a conference rooms at work with 5-10 people present in the room and several more on call and it works flawlessly. The multiple microphones ensure that everybody can be heard. I use it with my phone at home whenever I need to pull other family members into a call or host a zoom meeting. The phone audio quality is great. Very clear.

Excellent choice
Works very well, I have this set up in a warehouse setting for a tech and it is nice and loud and the microphone picks up very well. Easy plug and play, not difficult to install and ready to use.

Great sound, easy setup
Bought this for my WFH setup for a very locked-up corporate laptop with the worst speakers I’ve ever (barely) heard. With no ability to install software and drivers, I was worried I’d have issues, but I plugged this thing in and it worked immediately. Voices on conference calls sound crystal clear and LOUD (I only need to leave the speaker on 50% volume). Mute button integrates perfectly with Microsoft Teams as well. Great buy!

Great for meetings, no feedback, loud and clear.
I bought this as I need to take proctored exam’s and headphones aren’t allowed. As I use an old pc tower without a mic, I picked this up. I’ve been using this for meetings so I don’t need my bulky gaming headset. This works great as intended, though not great for music. As it’s not tuned for music, I’m not taking any points off. Buy this and save your money! I only use the USB-C connection and don’t intend to ever use Bluetooth as my dock has spare ports.

Works on some devices not all due to power needs.
This works on some devices, not all due to power needs, as it's USB powered, and if the device you hook it up to does not provide enough power from the USB port (A or C), it will not turn on. So, I guess it depends on your hardware. For desktops and laptops, it's fine; for IOT devices that you want better sound/mic, it will not work. You can get it to work by using a powered USB hub, but that makes a big wire mess. So it's good if your computer has the power to supply it. It would be better if it had the option to plug it in for devices that don't provide enough power via the USB port.
