Nice Headset!

I spend 12-13 hours a day wearing a headset and I have been very impressed with this one. I have used various over-the-head corded headsets for years and this on-ear wireless headset is great. No more fumbling around with cords or discomfort on my head. The battery life is GREAT! I purchased this model instead of the CS540 because I was concerned about battery life and this headset comes with a second battery and a battery charger (unlimited talk-time). If I charge the headset during three 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch, I can work my full 12-13 hour shift without ever having to swap the battery! I'm pretty sure the battery life is longer than Plantronics advertises it to be. The functions on the headset are super simple to use during a call (mute, volume, answer) and the overall quality of the headset and the charging base is very high. Installation took 30 seconds. It just plugs right into the back of your desk phone. You get what you pay for! I would highly recommend this headset to others.

Just what we needed!

My wife needed a very high end head set for her office, I found this unit to be just what she would use all day.It is well designed and engineered, it is a higher cost than some of the other units, but well worth the cost difference.
