Yes this ball has a paper full instructions. Very good size for pilate exercise. Highly recommended

Q: Hi I’m 5ft 1 what size do you recommend please?

I got the 60-65 size one and I’m 5’6. I fit comfortably on it. I watched a video of someone who was 5’3 on a 60-65 size also. Perhaps the 50-55 size would suit you at 5’1, it also says that according to the size guide attached.

Q: What size should I get to use at my desk? I’m 5’8 and desk height is 74.5cm

My recommendation would probably be a large ball, mine was a small size due to my height (4ft 11inch) which was just perfect for me. Hope this helps.

Q: The pump seems useless. how am i supposed to inflate this ball??

Pump is fine. Insert the tube attached to the pump into the hole then pump. Doesn’t take long. Even with help from a 4 year old we pumped the ball up no problems. Highly recommend this ball. No need for an electric pump.
