My boys immediately took to the book and started making creations!

Our kids love the projects in these books! They are exciting and the supplies you need aren’t outrageous. If you have a healthy set of craft supplies you probably have most of what you need on hand. The projects even give you a paragraph of the science behind what you are doing/learning.

Great to have ready for a substitute. Plans are in color and easy to follow.

Good quality book. Some of the projects are a little difficult for me, let alone my 7 year old, but still fun to have when my kid says he’s bored.

Fun ideas to get children thinking about building something and show how things work. Would recommend!

I could tell you that this is a thoughtfully and expertly composed book to help engage young minds in fun and educational activities meant to prepare a foundation for a lifetime of STEAM thinking -- but honestly, the proof is in the pudding. I've now bought this book for five young readers, aged 5 to 9, and in each case, they have immediately immersed themselves in doing an activity, sometimes on their own, sometimes asking a parent to join them. One girl got lost in one activity for a solid 45 minutes. This book is the real deal -- fun, accessible, hours of educational entertainment. A best buy, for sure. Everybody wins!

Purchased for my nephew (8). This book is chock full of clever demonstrations of physics and construction principles curated by a brilliant civil engineer and mother.

Definitely keeps the kiddos busy and thinking, this was a great starter to help the kids expand their projects and imagination.
