Excellent product, just make sure you’re using it correctly : I have a dog with me 24/7 so everything I own has a layer of dog hair. I have probably tried every dog hair removal product on the market and out of all of them I would say that this is probably the best for upholstery, & Carpets. There are videos online that show the proper use and if you have any Issues or think yours isn’t working well check out the video from the company because it will show you the exact way to use it. When you are using correctly, it is super easy to clean you just open the little door on the top and take the hair out. You could probably use it on your clothes if you wanted to, but I would think with the very quick short moments you need to use it would be harder to use on clothes, but I do know a couple of people that say they do this.

powerful yes but quite heavy for me cannot use it continuously or else it will strain your arm/hand and cannot use for small corners / limited space areas.

I have a cat and she sheds like crazy, I have to vacuum every day to keep my house clean. This vacuum cleaner is the best I have ever used, it does remove most of the pet hair from the couch, works very well on the floor and fast to clean pet hair, I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone who has pets. Must buy, I recommend!!!

I really love this vacuum and its been working fine, however, the battery charger just decided to stop working and I cannot find a phone number or any troubleshooting page to have it repaired. Any help please?

Strong light very good vacuum

Highly durable and works perfectly:Overall, I am extremely satisfied because the brush roller works well & doesn't gets tangled with hair stuck unlike the old one & captures all kind of dust particles from the compact areas & corners even on nighttime I am using this vacuum, so I don't have to wait till weekend for cleaning the entire house, thanks to the Hoover dust tracker LEDlights for perfect cleaning.

استخدامي لها مدة شهر تقريبا مرة ممتازة وشفطها قوي وتنظيفها كمان سهل ولازم تشحنو البطاريتين قبل الاستخدام وفيها زرين الزر الثاني يعطي شفط اقوى ولمبتها تشتغل عشان الاماكن المظلمة والضيقة وتستهلك شحن اكثر وعيبها ثقيلة في اليد
