The media could not be loaded.  I bought this mattress on the basis of all the glowing reviews it got and I was looking forward to sleeping on a new bed. What a disappointment! The edge completely collapses to less than half of the mattress' width when you sit on it (from about 10 inches to 3-4 inches; see video). There is nothing remotely "medium firm" about it. It is way too soft. My first reaction was to return it but of course there is no way to put it back in its box, so I decided to keep it.UPDATE: Customer support reached out to me to help resolve the situation. In the end, they offered me partial compensation for the poor mattress experience. So I'm changing my rating from one to three stars for the responsive customer support.I also got a Novilla mattress for another bed (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FCKZCS1/) and I found that it offers much better support than the Sweetnight. So if you like a soft, sinking mattress you may like the Sweetnight. If you prefer better support, go for the Novilla or another option.

We decided to upgrade my adult kid's bed from twin to queen. We were shopping around for a new mattress. We went to several local stores, but could not find an ideal one which has good quality and also fits our budget. So, we decide to buy one from Amazon with reasonable price.My first impression on this mattress is heavy. It arrived in a compressed small roll in a box and shipped quickly. Once we teared off the sealing plastic wrap, the mattress got fully “inflated” in a couple of minutes. It is well-made with high quality material, far beyond our expectations! Sleeping on it feels even better, it’s very comfortable with good support. To us, it is just right, not real hard or soft. It feels much more comfortable than those with big price tags.We like the hybrid concept, rather than just pure 10’ solid memory foam, there are coil underneath the memory form allow more air to go through and the mattress can “breathe” easily and more support to our bodies.I think this is an excellent mattress that has great value for its price. I am glad that this online mattress purchase was very successful. I would highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded.  I had one queen size mattress from amazon, but that one was thin , when I move back to NYC, I am looking for another mattress. Finally I choose this one mattress , when I received this mattress, yes, it’s heavy, but not very very heavy, I can handle it. This mattress has a feeling of depth/ firmness to it that I would expect to find in a much heavier mattress, it feels like when you get into a bucket seat of a sports car, like it is hugging your body, there isn’t much bounce to it, totally takes the inertia out of a sit down or jump into bed, it doesn’t feel hot which was a concern, it responds pretty quickly to movement. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes a firm mattress.

The media could not be loaded.  I was so curious about how they ship this big item when I bought it and was suprised to see how smart packaging for the mattresses after I received it. It is roll-packed & shipped in a smart box, you can't image that is about 100lbs mattress and fit to the box perfectly. Opened box, it will be quickly recover to its original shape and I let the mattress expand around 72 hr as instructed. I used pretty firm (only 4") beofore, it is too firm for me to sleep. Because I got hip and C7 fracture before. So the pain always bother me in the firm mattress. Until one day, one of my friends recommended me to buy medium firm from this SWEET NIGHT brand. I did some quick research about this company before I bought it. It seems to me this company is pretty reliable in past years. So I decided to buy one from SWEET NIGHT, just hope it can help me some good sleep at night. Since in past few years, I used the high firm mattress, so the first few night with mattress, I feel it is too soft. But in later, I slowly felt comfortable sleep, my partner also can not bother me at night since it is very quiet when you got off this mattress. My hip is getting much better and don't feel pain with this mattress, so does my C7.I am really happy with purchase since the pain bothered me for a few years. But this one defenitly works for me. I just realized how important the good mattress for your sleep. A bed mattress either too firm or too soft won't support your spine at your neck and lower back espescially when you experienced pain in your body. The qualify of this mattress is really good, it is backed by a 10 years hassle-free mattress warranty.I also learned how it can upgrade your comfort. Firstly, Elegant cover (Plush feel). Amazing! We ordered this hybrid mattress to replace the old mattress that had no support at all. As soon as it came in, I openedit and it’s incredibly simple to unpack and install. There was no strong smell.Our king mattress is supportive for my back while also being extremely comfortable as well. It was the best sleep that I have had in years! The only thing I regret is not ordering this king size mattress sooner. From now on, this will be my number one choice for mattresses. Definitely recommend this sweet mattress. You will not regret it!
