This chart is a convenient 8 1/2" x 11" for taking to the beach, hiking or camping and it's waterproof. The graphics are clear, crisp and attractive. It contains the major first position* chords and their derivatives: minor, augmented, diminished, 6ths(major and minor), 7ths(major and minor) and ninth Chords. 120 in all! If you're a beginner or beginner-intermediate its the quality of your playing so take your time with them. They'll take you quite a way into some good music. The chords shown are for use with standard "island" tuning: G,C,E,A.*First position chords are fingered on the first four frets below the headstock (but you knew that).

Yes, I know this thing isn't really necessary. And yes, I know you can find all these chords on the Internet, but constantly going to my computer was a big pain. And yes, I printed out the info for free, but the print was too small to read and I kept losing my zillion papers. This chart is handy and we'll worth the price to have right next to my music. And being big and laminated keeps me from losing it. So there, all my techie friends! P.S. I am counting off one star since I still need to go to the Internet to find alternate fingerings for some chords.

So great to have all the chords in front of me as I learn the Ukulele! Since it is laminated, I can circle the chords in a song with a dry erase marker to quickly see them.
