My skin is milky white i don't tan easily so I have been using self tans for a good 25+ years now. Over the years I have found some very good products and some very bad products. This product is by far the best. It has an amazing smell. Can't wait to try their other products.

I don’t get how this got such good reviews. At first I really liked it. It was really easy to use. It’s pretty dark compared to other brands but after a couple days it looks horrible! If you sweat at all it just comes right off in those spots. I work 12 hour shifts in full PPE so it gets pretty hot and sweaty and it just comes completely off in those spots after only one shift! I wear gloves all day long and am constantly taking off and putting them on and after one day at work there’s literally a line where the gloves were. My elbow crease are the same way and where i wear my apple Watch is completely gone. I wanted to give it one more chance but I don’t think I want to chance looking like this again so I’m probably just going to return it. I exfoliated really well so i don’t think it was anything i did wrong. I’ve never had this problem with other tans. My 12 dollar st. moriz is better.

I've tried A LOT of self tanners that said it's all about a few things to me. Color, dry time and does it dry my skin out to high heaven. So the Coco and Eve is green based gives a great dark olive toned tan prep correctly by moisturizing your dry parts because it will stick like all others if not. Dry time is good it drys quick less than 15 min and I'm not sticky thru the night. I wear my tans over night regardless the directions this gave me the prettiest dark browny golden tan I really like it going to buy a back up. Comparing to loving tan ultra dark this is darker, dripping gold it's about the same darkness just different tone. This tan is def going to be top 3 tans for me and that's saying something.

I am tanning for a half decade now and my go to was loving tan and fake bake, which were both the best self tanners IMO. I gave this tanner a try because loving tan has a terrible smell (hubby wasn’t happy at all to sleep next to me the nights I tanned) and fake bake wasn’t dark enough for me so I needed to apply too many layers which didn’t make the bottle last at all.The ultra dark is definitely ultra dark which I love so I only have to put one layer on my skin. Be aware of hands and feet, they get really dark if you don’t use any ultra moisturizing creme beforehand!I only give it 4 stars because the downside of this tanner is the stickiness after applying it. The tan definitely transfers onto your clothes and bed sheets - and even after washing it with hot water there are stains left. I’m not sure if I would wear white clothes on a hot summer day in case I sweat and running the risk that it transfers onto my clothes!Also, this tanner looks green on your skin (which is good- that avoids looking orange) after applying it, so don’t plan to leave your house until you shower 😉Another reason to give 4 stars ( and this is being very picky now) is that it doesn’t fade away evenly (fake bake does an excellent job with it) - something that should get improved at this price point.Overall very happy, and would recommend.

First off, this came out GREEN. Like a dark, murky green puke color. I thought ok that’s weird, maybe it will look brownish on my skin. So i started to apply it, and sure enough it gave my skin a green tint to it! It also was super patchy, even though i used liberal amounts and covered my complete arm/body. It was flaky and spotty. It looks awful. I looked like a darker version of the hulk. Maybe it sat on an Amazon shelf for a couple years so it lost its ability to be a good self tanner. I look horrible. Like a spotted green Cheetah. I had showered, exfoliated, and was completely dry before using. So the product is either completely crap and not worth the money, or I got some old bottle from the back of a shelf.

I have used tons of self tanners in my lifetime and this one is by far the BEST! The smell is amazing, the coverage flawless and the color is beautiful. I had previously ordered and used the Dark finish and it was nice but I did want something a little darker. The Ultra Dark is a very pretty finish without being TOO much. I love how it goes on, obviously you MUST USE THE APPLICATION MIT because this stuff is serious! It looks so great and I got compliments from everyone on my tan! The fade was very slow and very natural.I used the Dark on my two teenage girls before our trip to the beach and they felt so ready for their bikinis! I will def be using this product from now on!
