Works well, no "scrubbing " needed.
Works well. Removes even layered coats of water proof mascara by holding against lashes for 10 sec then wiping gently a few times.

I normally buy this from another vendor, but decided to add this to my last order. It arrived in good shape, but when I unscrewed the lid, the foil seal was not sealed and the pads were barely moist. I will go back to my regular vendor for my next purchase.
