This was an easy product to set up and use. Instructions were very clear. My only issue and reason for giving 3 Stars is because, in my opinion, the “low speed” setting #1 had too much power or “torque” for blending a single mug. I really had to be very careful to not “overagitate/blend” my beverage “out of the mug”. I think this would be a much more effective and useful product if (a) lowest setting was less powerful and/or (b) if it had pulse control rather than having to press power button to turn off. In my experience a single speed “pulse control” frother is much easier to use and way less complicated and spill prone especially when blending single mugs.

Right out of the box the frothed head is stuck so I can’t change to the whisk. Does anyone know how to change the head? There are no instructions. Disappointing from the vendor they just went quiet after a few stalling responses. Too bad. Can't recommend this one. Look for one with just one head.

Picture tells the downside. This broke after only a few uses. I liked that it is rechargeable. I liked that it has more then one speed although starting, stopping and changing speeds is rather tricky. I'm very disappointed as I was looking for a gift idea as well as my own use.

Whipper worked very good until 4 months later it would no longer stay inserted in barrel. We switched to using the beater tool which sat in drawer untouched for 4 months and after only 2 days of using it, literally exploded apart into pieces. Not impressed and now it is junk!

I really love this frother. I use it all the time now, for all sorts of mixed drinks. Milk shakes, hot chocolate, etc. The only reason I'm giving it 4/5 stars is because the charge port is micro-USB, and I'd prefer everything use USB-C for charging now.
