The sound on my zoom calls were clear. My co-workers noticed a significant increase in my sound quality. The noise cancelation must work since no one can hear the rooster crow in the background. The usb-c is a solid connection and works seamless with my HP laptop. The mute, hook, and volume buttons work well with Teams and Zoom. The visual red light to indicate mute is very handy, no more looking for the window to mute/un-mute myself. I would buy again.

These seem to be tuned specially for making phone calls. The sound is crisp, which makes calls from low quality phones sound really clear. The quality of the mic is also good. The mute and volume buttons work great, both on Windows and macOS (I use these headphones on both operating systems). I can't speak for the Teams button; I don't use it and think it is a waste of space. In general, the headphones are good quality. I wished the ear cups were made of a breathable fabric, as they can get kinda hot on your ears. Plus, that faux leather on headphones usually starts to flake off after a year (I have had these headphones for a couple of months and that hasn't happened yet). The noise cancelling feature is not that great but works pretty well if you have a low-noise environment. They are pretty light and their grip won't give you a headache. However, the ear cups don't rotate, so it's hard to get a good seal on them. And finally, there is the hotspot on my head because of the headband. It is comfortable, but after a couple of hours of making calls, it becomes an issue. DO NOT use these headphones to listen to anything else other than phone calls. They are terrible for music, just awful. I say that because I think I read a comment here about how awful these sound with music; they are simply not made for that but for call center jobs.

Comfortable, great sound quality and sleek enough for my business calls. I have 2 sets of these one for the office and the other for my home office. Never have a problem connecting they automatically will do that through the computer. You can adjust the volume or turn off on your mike either on the screen or by the control.

These work. Are they something to brag about? No. I bought them to magnify my voice figuring the mic would be right next to my mouth (usually use laptop mic). My audience said they noticed no difference, so I'm a little unhappy that I put the money into these only to find there wasn't a sound Input difference.

I have a boom mic, plantronics 5200 bluetooth headset, gaming headsets etc, none provide the ease of use that this microsoft headset does. I just plug it in and windows defaults to it. I have been having issues lately getting my bluetooth headset to work on teams calls and it completely stopped working for zoom. I know how to change the device in windows and in the teams/zoom/webex/anything else software but I was never confident and would have to test prior to each call... Now I just hop right on the call without fear. The inline control is outstanding. You can mute/unmute without being in the call window. Volume controls are great too. I wish my work bought these for all the employees rather than the expensive plantronic or jabra headsets.

Crisp, clear sound, good mic, and comfortable on the ears. Purchased specifically for Teams meetings and exceeded my expectations. Good value for the money.

Bought for my work-from-home job doing tech-support. I love the sound quality and noise cancellation. Easy setup and wire seems sturdy. Used for about 6 weeks now.

Been using for a few months now. Working really well. Just sometimes when it's a little too breezy it buzzes in the headphone. I guess the mic holes being on the outside causes this.

Headset application-wise fine and working as required, but material wise it is not up to the mark as Microsoft. After just 1 month headband started loosing cushion and plastic come out.

Bought to replace my standard work issued headset for a better noise cancelling experience in the office. Very good quality and built for MS Teams. Would recommend. You don't need to spend any more money.
