Does NOT come with the stated & listed hex adapter
Great price and item came quickly and is going to do the job I intended for it. It is pretty tough and straight forward. The Flex shaft is strong. But the item description (see bullet point #4) states that "Includes special bit adapter, fits any 1/4" hex driver bit - Phillips, TORX, tamper-proof" and the extra box with the picture seems to show the "special bit adapter". There are only 2 pieces-4" handle with 6" shaft plus 6" extension--NO special bit adapter. Please see my added pictures. Overall I am pleased with the purchase, BUT it was going to be even a sweeter deal with the special bit adapter. You will have to provide that in some other way......Don't get me wrong, I would buy this product again in a heartbeat-even without the adapter!

Great Value
The tool is exactly as the photo shows, minus the adapter. It is well built and helped in a tight situation the day I received it. The price is very good for the quality.

Delivered on schedule with the Adapter. Material is of good quality. As a tool I give it 5 stars.It works at any angle expect upwards. Its hard to apply upward pressure with the shaft flex. You need to use both hands, one to turn and the other to hold the socket to the screw.

Worked great for what I needed it for

Handy
Just the tool to get at that back bolt on the blower motor on my 2006 Caravan. I just had to remove a bit of insulation and within 5-10 minutes I had it off. It is otherwise pretty much impossible.

service sucks
extra extension and adapter were NEVER sent. When asked for them, I was told they didn't have them. They were returning credit for this item. I waited over two weeks for this and needed this item to repair my boat, which has now been sitting idle for a month. Thanks a lot.
