After using this product from Lifelong for almost two weeks, I have decided to share my experience with everyone.Product Impression:Package Content Quality: 10/10** Every little need has been taken care of. Even the multi connector provided makes this device a versatile one. No need to charge and no hassle of battery issues. Just plugging into any source (Android/Apple phone, Power bank or even a laptop) will be enough to get a relaxing TENS massage. Extra pair of gel pad and the carry case is icing on the top for sure.Gel Pads: 10/10**I have already used the first pair of gel pads for more than two weeks now. I put it on multiple spots on back of my right leg uptill lower back as my Low back pain is due to Spinal Stenosis and Disc extrusion at right S1 nerve root. So even after putting it on multiple spots and using it twice each day for more than a week the gel is still perfectly sticking on the skin. Fantastic quality pads! The added extra pair of pads will surely be life saviour.Main TENS unit: 10/10** The MOST PORTABLE tens unit ever! TENS massager has been there at every physiotherapy clinic for more than 25 years now but due to the size of the machine and the tedious setup there was no way to get pain relief at the comfort of home. This device is truly portable also because it can draw power from almost any device, android/apple/laptop/power bank, just anything will do. Yes, I have also plugged it to my car usb and got some relief while seated on the car seat.** EASE of USE has been prioritized across the design of this TENS model. Just three buttons will do everything for you. The 'M' button or MODE button is centrally placed which can be pressed for setting the type of massage (cycle, hammer, scraping, kneading, fiery pot and massage). The + and - buttons will enable user to set 9 level of intensities according to comfort and tolerance.**VERSATILE & Long Life can be assured due to the use of most widely used Snap and pin connector elastic socket. So getting replacement gel pads in future would be very easy due to wide availability.My Personal Experience:6 months ago I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and Disc extrusion at L5-S1 leading to impinged right S1 nerve root. This was mostly MRI findings and what my doc told me. The resulting condition was extreme pain from lower back radiating to the back of knee and at times even lower. I was unable to bend or even stand for more than 10 minutes. Insite being on heavy medication I couldn't manage my day-to-day tasks either at home or office. I tried finding every alternate solution as even doctor isn't in favor of surgery. After trying physical exercises, milk cycling, nothing helped me with the pain or mobility. Exercises could reduce pain for a couple of hours only. Finally, I came across the term 'TENS' from multiple websites including Healthline, Cleveland Clinic, Mayo clinic. Decided to give it a shot but didn't want to purchase the big hefty ones with battery or display as they had frequent complaints of either display issue or battery performance. Amazon search gave me this perfect solution.After using this device for 2 weeks twice a day, I am able to walk for more than 2.5 weeks. My Google Fit app is a testament to my journey. I am super happy. This Low back pain condition made me depressed and all my activities were suspended but now better days are coming back. Thank you!
