We had a plumber install this product. Cost about $550 for the installation and fittings. Problem was, when we turned it on it drips excessively from the bulb. Not where it is screwed in, but where the head attaches and rotates. It continues to drip for a few minutes after the shower has been turned off. The shower unit we had previously never did this. We would like to get a new shower head to replace it, but amazon only offers a return or replacement if we send the entire unit back. Needless to say we will not be paying to have a plumber come out and remove and reinstall new hardware. We would either like amazon to send us a new shower head or refund us the money for the product. I am unable to get ahold of anybody for this request so perhaps this review will make it's way to someone who can assist. Dissapointed with this experience and would never had purchased this prodcut if I had known better.

Came packaged nicely, looks fantastic, works good, BUT….. be sure to check your plumbing threads before buying. Threading was opposite of what was needed Luckily my man has the tools and knowledge to still use the upgraded hardware. I purchased not knowing the in depth work it would take😬 ooops! Sorry Hun!
