I loved the idea of this case. It has a lot of shock absorbing around the corners. Of course it’s gonna need it because it weighs a lot. I really didn’t use it all that much because quite honestly I had a charger and a cord that Were more convenient than carrying this heavy item around.

Coming from an Apple case, I’m a bit let down that when the phone is charged, it turns off. I understand the premise of why to try and save the battery of the phone from being constantly charged, but it’s still competitively a bit of a nuisance.Most importantly, I can’t seem to get CarPlay to work with the phone. May try and return it because that ruins a huge functionality that is important to me.Update:Never returned. But I wish I had because I’ve only become more disappointed in this case. Aside from the first week, I’ve never been able to connect to CarPlay in any vehicle since. The charge port has become unreliable and constantly disconnects/reconnects. Very unacceptable performance for a 3 month old case. Never dropped, got wet, got dusty, had any excessive stress from cables… it’s no more than a big bulky standard case that prevents my phone from charging sometimes.

Reliable, Simple and, Direct External Battery Casing on the go power supply when you needed them on hand. I love it!.

I have used products similar before with great success. When I upgraded my phone I purchased this updated charger case in the fun new blue color. It unfortunately was dead on arrival, but costumer support was wonderful and determined it defective and sent a replacement. Love the new case thank you

This is my 3rd one of these cases I have owned. I was able to get over a year on my others. But this one I only got 6 months out of it. The problem with this one is it no longer charges my phone when it is plugged into the case. I don’t want to have to take it out of the case every time to charge it. I love to have the extended battery for my phone. Buyer be ware the life use on this is short. It is past any protection period to exchange it. So I am sad.
