Great kitchen scissors from a proven manufacturer. Super sharp. Very high quality. They split easily into two parts for though cleaning and are easily put back together. Like the knives a superb product. Would highly recommend.

Best multi purpose scissors money can buy

These scissors are perfect. They are so easy to clean as they come apart and can be dried properly before easily fixing the two halves back together again. Just perfect.

Sharp, versatile and well made

Seems almost if not identical to cheaper generics and other badges such as Mercer Culinary. That is to say they're fine, but not worth a premium. I don't have large hands (or fingers) but I'd prefer bigger handles/holes personally.

Shears are as advertised and in line with Wusthof's quality. After a full year of use, they still look almost new, zero rust despite both hand washing and dishwashing and almost daily use. Have stayed very sharp and cut through any foods/food packaging that we have used them on. Very comfortable to use, ability to take them apart easily for cleaning is amazing. 5 stars for sure and highly recommend.

I use these WÜSTHOF shears almost daily—they’re razor‑sharp and super durable. The blades easily come apart with a simple twist, making cleaning a breeze and preventing rust or food buildup They tackle everything from snipping herbs and trimming mushrooms to cutting through twine and packaging. The built-in jar and bottle opener in the handles is a handy bonus Pros: Sharp high‑carbon stainless blades, lifetime warranty, easy to clean and sharpen, ambidextrous handles. Cons: Handles are firm—can feel stiff during extended use. Not ideal for tiny precision cuts like peeling shrimp shells. If you already love WÜSTHOF knives, these fit neatly into the same knife block—a small detail but appreciated

I have the knife set and I love this brand, but don’t put them in the dishwasher as they started to get rust marks. Not sure if it’s my dishwasher that’s doing it or if this is general. But I just hand wash them now instead like the knives. But definitely recommend them.
