good taste, good nutrition (especially iron), even good in morning coffee.

So today it the second day in a row that I have been taking it. I put a tbsp in my green tea in the morning and in the afternoon I put a tbsp in my coffee and i must say I enjoy my coffee a lot more. Yesterday I did not really like it in my tea but today it was a little better. I slept well last night which was a first in almost 2 yrs. I have also had an increase in energy which it great. I will try to remember to update this review in a month or when I finish the bottle whichever comes first.
