Bodyprox Groin Wrap, Adjustable Support for Hip, Groin, Hamstring, Thigh, and Sciatic Nerve Pain Relief

I wish I had bought this years ago. I suffer from SI joint dysfunction and arthritis in my right hip. I work really long days and I’m on my feet all day which can make the pain I experience almost unbearable by the end of the day. By the time I get off work, I can barely move. I wore this to work for the first time today and what a huge difference it made. By the end of my 10 hour shift, I wasn’t experiencing any pain and hadn’t all day long. I was able to move around pain free all day and you have no idea how fantastic that was for me. Usually I’m almost in tears by the end of a shift, gritting my teeth trying to make it through to quitting time. I took it off when I got home and my hip pain immediately returned so I put it back on. I’m 5’2” and about 115 lbs and it fits pretty well. I have to pull it really tight tho and can be a bit tricky to do by yourself. I think putting it on while you lay down is easiest. As inexpensive as this was, it was actually a really good investment. If it wears out in 2 months, I’ll just buy another one. Anything to not have that awful pain in my SI joint and hip that I’ve had for years, every single day. It’s so hard to work when your joints feel like they’re about to give out on you.

This is my first pulled hamstring so it is tough to judge the effectiveness, but based on different compression-responsive conditions and use of various compression devices, I recommend this product and rate it highly. It fits well under my clothing, adjustable compression seems to work well, great velcro (almost too good), it is easy to put on and adjust, it is as comfortable as you can expect from a compression device, and the price is right. It has met all my expectations so far and I am very optimistic it will speed my recovery as well.

High quality product. Yet as a woman, design was akward to take on & off for visits to the bathroom when in public. My injury was thigh hyperextention with tears + other injuries & swelling, so thigh compression was nice. Think it depends on your injury, lifestyle & build? There were no issues with returning this product.

Slips; get hot; uncomfortable ~~ AND this is the most important of all ! Wrapping my long scarf around my upper leg tight is waaaaay more effective than this overpriced ineffective thing I wasted my $$ on. Do not waste your $$ is my recommendation. Ive gone back to the scarf after one day of wasting my $$ on this.

I researched A few products for hip support, and i came Across this. The price point was key, since i didnt Need some mechanically advanced product to suppress and manage my hip pain. I purchased This wrap, and i immediately Was satisfied with the quality and fit, as it’s billed as a “one size fit all”. To really feel the product in action, i applied A BioFreeze cooling patch to my hip, and placed this wrap over it. The fit was exactly where it should be- and I’m 6’3”. Easily adjustable with a good level of compression and stability when moving. I then Added my lower back brace over the top to see if this product’s effectiveness can be increased, and i am Very satisfied, as my pain decreased substantially with this wrap and my back brace. All that said, this product is great for the price, and will add support and relieve pain just as it says. More so, you can increase its effectiveness if you use it with a cooling rub(icy hot) or cooling patches and a back brace for full compression and support in your back, hip, groin and hamstring region. Personally, i dont Think you can go wrong with the price, quality, and adjustability and fit of this wrap! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!

Works Great

I don’t think this did anything. I’m not sure what I was hoping for, but it doesn’t provide any real support. It did fit nicely, but it wasn’t tight.

Absolut empfehlenswert, meine Schmerzen waren nach drei mal tragen komplett verschwunden. Es war so eine Befreiung.

Great quality wrap that does the job perfectly. Fits me good - I'm 5'8" 225 lb of mostly muscle. Super fast shipping. The Velcro and the material seem to be of good quality too. I've only had it for a couple of days now, but very happy with it and it looks like it's well made and durable.
