It does feel like it is cheaply made, as mentioned by another buyer, but it works great. It does everything as advertised and I am very happy with this purchase.

Cheap
Cheaply made. Looks like a toy. I didn't even try to use it. I packed it up and sent it back. I had an H2O mop that lastedseveral years before it started to malfunction. This one was not worth the cardboard it was packaged in. From other reviews on other steamer brands in general, it appears that using distilled water is the way to avoid clogging down the road. Can't confirm that since I always used tap water. But this one did not impress me.

Happy customer
Very happy with this steamer. It's easy to use and gets the job done! I haven't tried all the different attachments yet but the floor cleaner and the window cleaner both work great. I also use it to steam clean my mattresses and my kid's fluffy toys.
