Seems to do a good job in place of Creon. Still testing it when I can safely do it without chancing a problem. Update 5/23/17, I have used it enough now to give a definite review. It works great. 5 stars. I have a pancreas issue and don't produce enough enzymes to break down fat which many of you know causes all sorts of very uncomfortable stomach problems. This has been going on for over 35 years and I couldn't take it any more so I went through all of the tests, many of which were not available 35 years ago and was put on Creon, ($700/month without insurance) which solved my problem. Luckily I have insurance, for now. Needless to say, I was very skeptical of anything else. I was very surprised that this seems to work as well. I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend this for anyone who has similar issues as I do. FYI, Creon has two other products included, Amylase and Protease, which help digestion of starches and proteins so depending on your issue, you many need them also. The only thing I found other than Creon would require me to take 8-10 pills per meal so I gave this a try. My problem is fat digestion only, yours may also. Hopefully this helps someone avoid the years of pain that I have had.

It's strange how few products there are that are just the enzymes I actually need (lipase). The enzyme complexes I've tried are all insufficient at digesting fat, and too good at dissolving everything else (which invariably gives me diarrhea). This is simply lipase, and it digests fat extremely well compared to the lipase in other products I've tried (when paired with sufficient bile.) As far as I can tell, there are no side effects from its use at all, and the primary effects are exactly as desired. Cheaper alternatives are definitely not actually cheaper for amount of fat digestion (and include other things that make everything worse).

I wish these are a bit stronger, but they do seem to help a little with fat digestion. If they were a bit stronger, they could help more with fat absorption. :) So, I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. I have fat Malabsorption & it causes a cascade of issues over time. I wish we had a stronger Lipase supplement available. Thanks for your product.

It's one of the best brands I've tried. I use it daily. It's been my go-to for over 2 years.

When you start carnivore sometimes you need a bit of help in the bathroom. This lipase has been a lifesaver. I took 2 before each meal. It worked great. Now everything works well.

Might just particular to me but I followed dosage recommendations and became acutely constiated requiring multiple saltwater enemas. Waited a a week and took 1 capsule: same miserable result. Never take again but thats me

Short and simple. Gallbladder was removed via emergency surgery. Dr says i can eat normally.... uh.. no... i couldn't of corse. My body just couldn't break down fat of any kind anymore. Was awful, painful, and caused a multitude of other problems because you need to be able to brake down fat to absorb certain vitamins and such. These things have basically not only made it possible to eat normally but thanks to that they have also restored my overall health! Highly recommended if you struggle with breaking down fats after Gallbladder removal!
