I bought this for my third grade classroom and they love it!

My 10-year-old daughter loved this book! We are a volleyball family, so it was nice to have a book for her to read that fit with what she loves! A little easy to read for her; however, she does read at more of a 7-8th grade level. Could see an on level 3rd or 4th grader reading this.

I have a student for whom I am buying books for her to borrow because she is a reluctant reader. This book, other reading and hard work on the part of the student has helped her improve her reading nearly two grades in 12 weeks. While this book alone did not do the trick, it is interesting, engaging reading at a third/fourth grade level.

I bought this for my 9-year-old daughter who is just getting into volleyball. She loved the book, but read it in less than an hour. It was the only volleyball-themed fiction book I could find anywhere, so I just wish there was something more appropriate for her reading level. Or at least lasts her a little longer!

Great story with great characters. My daughters really enjoyed the book.

My 10 year old loved this book, she read it in a day because she couldn’t put it down.
