craftsmanship's great, but it's a little tricky to open and close

No instructions. That would have been nice. Good price.

Bought as a graduation gift and was happy with purchase. The Sundial is made well and should last many years.

Craftsmanship could be better, there seems to be some chipping on the bottom of the sundial part. Everything is super hard to move and open. The sundial part it's very hard to move, and even after some work, it wasn't completely straight. I'll probably have to oil it a bit. The compass part, well, not very accurate. It keeps pointing wherever it wants, so it will probably only be used for decorative purposes. It does look nice on a desk if you don't touch it.

The moving parts are never cool to play with when I show it off :) The smaller size is perfect!!

My husband was very happy with the 4" Sundial Compass. He wanted it mainly for decoration and a conversation piece and it's perfect!! Thank you for having such a stunning piece of work.

Compass did not work. It was advertised as 5 inch but was only 3. I was going to give this as a gift but would be embarrassed to do so now
