If you have Keratosis Pilaris, use this. Doing a lot of research about different types of bacteria that sit on skin and I came across this Probiotic. I would say in less than a week, and I was only using it once a day after shower, red bumps gone. Not only that using this under arms kills the BO smell, since I dont want to use cancer stick aluminum chloride under my arms where lymph nodes are, this is my go to.

I'm obsessed with Mother Dirt. Although there are people who use it without any other products, I also use a Vitamin C serum, a lotion, and an occasional scrub. But Mother Dirt has brightened my face and reduced my hormonal acne significantly. I call it "a probiotic for your face"! If you are sick of using the 1-million products that your derm is telling you to use, switch to Mother Dirt.

I've used this almost everyday for 2 years. Never had serious skin issues, but did have the occasional acne breakout on face or back.After doing some research on the skin microbiome and the benefits of having a diverse bacterial ecosystem on your skin (sounds gross, but I kind of like knowing there's an invisible army of defenders living on me) I decided to give this a try. After a month or so of 2x per day spraying in addition to cutting out the use of harmful soaps & shampoos, I started seeing a difference. After about 3 months any acne or bad skin stopped completely. So yes, I would highly recommend this in addition to cutting out other bad products.

I have 3 teenagers, all of whom struggle with acne. I am a pharmacist in Ontario, Canada, and am well aware of the large range of medicinal treatments for acne. This product is indeed amazing. My daughter's skin has completely normalized for the first time in years. She has stopped washing her face since using the Mother Dirt- just uses water to rinse in the shower.It dries up lesions and skin looks hydrated and healthy. I am recommending it to all the patients who come into the pharmacy. We are only one week into treatment and the results are impressive. Mother dirt customer service was excellent as well. I am really impressed and it is well worth the cost.
