METRIC...
I have had many many tape measures over the years. NO Stanley has ever worn out or actually failed on me... A few lost, stolen, crushed. But even my old Daddy's from the 1960's still works fine! So why did I spring the $15 for yet another everyday carry one??? METRIC! I seem to work with so much stuff that needs "metric" measurements now... Quality and all that is just fine as always... Some are worried about it being plastic, but it is the very high quality kind of plastic is very light weight, so zero worries. Not sure where it is made but I bet it has molecules from all over the universe. :D So just as expected, and it will work perfectly for me with no issues at all.

Accurate tape
Good tape measure! 3/4” blade with one side inches and the other in millimeters, centimeters and meters! Works great and retracts fine! I checked the accuracy of the blade tip by extending and compressing to make sure it is the same measurement either way and it’s good! So I’m happy the unit!

Very nice tape measure. I use these at work and at home. They take a lot of abuse and hold up well

All the quality you expect.
Been using Stanleys and others for decades. Some less expensive brands are good enough for occasional use, some seem just as good for moderate use, but this metric version of a classic best bet for hard use for just a few extra bucks.

Stanley Powerlock tape measures are built to last
As always Stanley Powerlock tape measures are built to last. this one seems to have a lighter gauge tape because it wont stay rigid when 8 foot is pulled out like the ones from 20 years ago. Still a great tape

Good quality tape measure if you like plastic
Good quality tape measure But it is plastic I liked it better when they were metal

Proporciona precisão tanto para medidas internas como externas graças à pequena "folga" (intencional) na ponta. Compacta, o corpo adiciona exatas 2 polegadas à medida. E mede de fato até 10 pés (305 cm). Um pouco difícil de desembalar; apesar da indicação, é melhor não usar uma tesoura, apenas rasgar o papelão e depois remover o gancho para cima do plástico que é bem duro. O corpo é de plástico cromado, mas é bem resistente. Ótima opção para o dia-a-dia.
