iPhone 6 6s Battery Case,Smiphee 2500mAh Portable Charging Case iPhone 6 6s(4.7 inch) Extended Charger Case (Rose Gold)

I've been using this case for a week now, and my expectations were only partially met.What I like about it:- It's slim- It gives my phone enough juice to get through the day ..What I don't like about it:- I usually re-charge my phone when the battery is 20%. The Smiphee battery case does not charge the phone all the way up to 100%. The best I got out of it was 91%. But I also got 82%...However, in any case, is more than enough to keep my phone alive throughout the day.What I hate about it:- The opening for the stereo jack is terrible. Any jack other than the original earbuds is too thick for that opening. The case will not allow the jack to plug all the way in. I routinely connect the phone to my car's audio system using a stereo jack, but the plug is bulky and I can't use it. I will have to find some sort of adapter or an extension that would fit the case opening.- The opening for the silent switch is also pretty small. Silencing the ringer is really annoying, I have to use a pencil or an object, because is too difficult to flip that switch with my finger nail. Not impossible, but really annoying.To summarize, I admit it serves the purpose, but it has some flaws. Whether they are minor or major, it depends on the personal preferences of each user. I would not recommend this product if it is to be used with plug-in headphones or earphones.UPDATE: After I posted my review, Customer Service contacted me promptly to discuss about my satisfaction with the battery case. I was impressed. Even if not much can be done about the shape of the case I purchased, their concern for customer satisfaction is assuring and I am convinced that they will improve the future version of the battery case.

This is the best battery case I've ever used for any phone. I've tried quite a few of them over the years, including multiple ones for my iPhone 6s.This form factor is amazing. It does not make your iPhone any longer, like others do. It's fairly thin compared to others.The Lightning connection DOES pass data through, so you can connect your iPhone to your computer without having to remove the case. It sync's perfectly. It will not, however, work with the HDMI output connector, which was kind of a bummer since I used that, but not often enough for it to make a difference. An advantage of this is it alleviates alot of wear and tear on your iPhone lightning connector.It charges your phone fast, and on an iPhone 6s, it will charge your phone 1.25x to 1.5x on a single case charge, so if your phone goes to about 10%, it will charge it all the way to 100%, automatically turn itself off, and then you can typically get another 25% to 50% more the second time, giving you the ability to never have to charge it during the day.The customer service is amazing. I had an issue with mine about 4 months in and they replaced it immediately.I will continue to buy this case until my iPhone 6s is dead. The quality is top notch. You can't beat it.

I ordered the Smiphee iPhone 6s 2500mAH Charging Case on 27 December 2017 and received it within days. Shipping was vert prompt. Within months the removable Top Piece (pic #1) would not snap into place because a little tab (pic #2) broke off one side (pic #3.) Although the battery still worked well, the case was not protecting all corners of my son’s phone; therefore, on 14 April 2018, three and a half months later, I purchased another Smiphee Case to replace it. I was not able to exchange/return the broken one because the exchange/return period had expired.Now the second Smiphee Charging Case will not charge without manipulating the charging cord to connect because the housing that snaps the cord into the case has fallen out (pic #4 is the first case and pic #5 is the second case that has a broken housing.)I had the brilliant idea of using Case #2’s Top Piece on Case #1’s case....BUT it is not compatible! It is too large! Which makes no sense. They are identical cases (2500 mAH); same dimensions; the material on Case #2 is just a little thicker than Case #1.NOW, within twelves months I have purchased two Smiphee cases and can not use either one! Smiphee Directshould send me one free of charge or refund my money for two broken cases!The only reason I gave the Smiphee two stars is because the battery life is excellent and it compares to the Mophie Battery which ismuch bulkier and heavier. BUT I would not recommend purchasing from Smiphee. If they do right by me....I will update my review!

Update to the review below: After the case failed to charge and I posted a negative review, the company contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. I chose the replacement and have been using it for about a week now. As before, it's working great, same compact slim size so I hope this one lasts! I am happy with the prompt customer service provided.Previously: Loved the case for 5 weeks... till it failed to charge. For a week I could get it to charge by holding the lightening in the right orientation, now it won't charge at all. Bummer, because otherwise a great case. Not worth 5 weeks of use, maybe a year; but not 5 weeks. Do not buy!
