Sauder River Ranch Full-Queen Headboard, Sindoori Mango Finish

Bought the headboard for my queen size adjustable bed. Works great together, my package did not have the adjustable shelves or the pins, but I contacted Sauder and they are sending them to me in the next week. They were easy to contact and efficiently handled my issue. I bought the white, it is beautiful, be aware it is not solid wood but for the price you have to know that already. Clean lines, wasn't extremely difficult to assemble, but probably took me longer than most would take. Heavy, I attached it to the wall, for security. To summarize, it is nice looking, simple lines, clean looking, not sure how strong it would be in a kids room but looks nice for guest room.

Exactly as the picture shows . Easier to put together with two people. Great price. Cute and well made.

Is a very nice headboard Fits my old waterbed frame perfectly. Not very hard to put together But it would be easier with two people. Only thing I would say as far as Maybe a slight complaint Would be that it has a Kind of fake plasticky wood smell to it That remains Even after a few months of being put together.

This headboard is beautiful and feels sturdy once assembled. Ready-to-assemble furniture can often end up feeling cheap and flimsy, but so far this headboard has been well worth it. There were no pieces missing, and there was no damage to the parts. Often there are misaligned holes, chipped veneer, exposed particleboard, and warped pieces with this kind of furniture, but to my relief I didn't have any of those problems with this headboard. I did not add the adjustable shelves that can be fit into the two sides because they made the spaces much too small to decorate properly. I estimate there would have been about 4 or 5 inches of space above and below those shelves, which is only room enough to display small trinkets on each shelf. Instead I left them out so that I could fill the entire length of the bookcase with books, and it looks impressive. If you choose books with neutral spines so that they don't detract from the headboard or feel too loud for the sleeping area, using a bookcase as a headboard can really help utilize space in the bedroom. But buyers need to know that if they plan to use this headboard as a bookcase, they'll need to leave the adjustable shelves out and even then it won't hold books that are more than about 10 inches tall. This headboard needs at least two people to assemble; some of the pieces can be awkward and heavy to handle, but that is to be expected. It worked very well to attach it to a queen metal platform bedframe. I only have two regrets: I wish there had been more color options, and I wish the headboard were a little taller. When the bed is fully made, the books are partially hidden and the bookcase looks a tad short. Overall, however, I love this headboard! It adds wonderful character to the room, and I love the way it grounds the bed and delights the eye while being useful for bibliophiles who always need more space for books.

Easy to assemble, and looks good on bed frame but sizing isn't too good. A little to wide but will work and serves its purpose.

First, let me say, the final side is tricky to snap together. I suggest you pull the pins out as far as they go. Then, angle the top in first, line up the holes, then push hard. It took me several tries but everything lined up well. As with all particle board products, do not over-tighten any of the screws. Snug is fine. I as suggest flipping the piece end over end at the step where you need to add the back. At this stage, the piece is flimsy and could fall apart, The finished product looks awesome in my home near the sea and I recommend it to anyone used to assembling their own furniture. BTW, I am 66 years old, and 5'5" and was able to do it by myself.

Slabs of dirty wood and the back is just flimsy cardboard. Have to nail the back on without a way to keep it straight and aligned. The size of the cardboard backboard is slightly too small, further exacerbating alignment issues. Does not feel sturdy or stable when putting it together; can see some of the screws bend out of shape when connecting middle two boards to left leg. All the tiny parts are sloppily provided in one bag, making it annoying to fish for needed parts; the first piece you need is the smallest piece of plastic mixed in with the nails. Not worth the effort it takes to assemble and clean up all the white debris it leaves on the floor.

Product was exceptionally well packaged inside a highly sturdy (and heavy - 58.4 pounds for the queen size headboard) cardboard box which was in turn shrink-wrapped using industrial strength plastic film. There were essentially zero chances for shipping damages, and it's weather-proof. Logical assembly steps and excellent, easy-to-follow instructions. Slowed by frequent pauses due to back pains and tight work space, I completed the assembly in about 3 hours. The assembled headboard looks quite nice and appears to be sturdy enough to stand on its own between a bed and a wall. With relative ease, my son-in-law attached a 16 inch Zinus bed frame (with mounting brackets that were purchased separately) to the headboard using bolts and nuts that came with the headboard. We were all very satisfied with the final result. Would highly recommend Sauder products to folks looking for practical, cost-effective furnitures.

To my surprise when I opened the package I noticed several missing hardware and I was not able to continue with the assembly process. Still waiting for Sauder reply.

Nos encantó la cabecera, tiene espacios para acomodar cosas, es resistente. Nuestro colchón quedó alto así que no lo fijamos (tiene unas piezas para ello) , pero aún así se mantiene de pie sin problema. Y tenía un espacio para adaptar un cargador que se tenía que comprar por separado, pero nosotros lo utilizamos para adaptar otros cables que teníamos.
