Broken
My item came broken. The sword is broken; I need a replacement asap!!!!*UPDATE* Great customer service - received a new item the next day in great condition.

It's not hot topic exclusive sticker..
The media could not be loaded. Turns out to be special edition sticker instead of hot topic. But everything else was OK... came ina plastic protector sleeve. But no protection inside the box like bubble wrap or anything aside that.

Tanjiro’s scabbard was missing the first time I ordered it (broken off in box) but I ordered a replacement and it came within 3 days and was perfect. Looks awesome and completed my demon slayer collection
