So? I bought this even after reading reviews. I understand people's experiences are different. But, I am VERY PLEASE! The thread holder, holds my coned serger threads perfectly on the tray and in the case. Case is separate. ArtBin 6990RK Super Satchel Double Deep, Portable Art & Craft Organizer and they work together. They Fit all my threads. (lol..thank God I didn't have more) I will DEFINITELY be buying another set. I am Super glad I took chance. The thread pins are not touching the lid, closes easy and was VERY Easy-to-use and but together. This is A must if you want to keep your serger thread organized and lint free. Around $50 for both but I'm organized and clean. Happy Sewing!

This was the perfect item to keep my serger threads neatly stored and waiting for use. I do not use my Serger often, but I want to keep my threads neat for when I do need them. This is just the ticket. Along with the double deep Art Bin Satchel my threads will be contained, organized and dust free from now on. Lightweight enough for me to lift up and stash this on a high shelf or down low inside the satchel. Latches are easy to use, but stay in place when toting this around. Give this an AAA+

CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!!!!! Ordered 2 of these for my bins and fit perfect, BUT one was missing the wires. I've called Artbin twice AND sent an email through their customer service site and NO RESPONSE!! 6/9/2025: Update on my review. Metal wires just delivered today, but it would've been nice to receive acknowledgement from the company that they were sending them. I do like the bins and will need to order at least one more to hold all my thread.

Worked great in separate case. Was able to store all my cone thread in it! Very organized!

Great box for embroidery thread cones. Appears sturdy enough. Arrived in good condition.

Ok product be aware no case for the price it’s a separate purchase I would not buy again way too expensive for only a tray

It fits Maxi-Lock and Toldi-Lock cones just fine. So that means 25 cones to a tray. I have a bunch of the half-height Gutermann spools of serger thread and the spools are too small diameter to fit on these wire holders. So I can only get one on each wire which again means 25 total on the tray. I sure thought I was going to be able to store 50. The picture sure looks like that. If I force the spools down on the wire, so that I can put two spools on the wire, then the wire pops off the tray. Some people say to make sure the wire snaps all the way on. Mine are all the way snapped on. I have a couple places where the tray is now broken so Im going to have to epoxy or hot glue the wire on. It holds the thread nicely, but not as well as they claimed. I dont want to pay $35 for each case (case+tray) to hold only 25 spools.

Whoops! I was surprised; I thought this purchase included the box and the tray. Not so! My mistake.

Keeping the threads neat and tidy, excellent device for storing the larger spools of threads, I also have the smaller bin for the smaller spools. Getting and staying organized.

The parcel arrived before the due date and was well packaged. It is exactly what it looks like on the website. I am very pleased with the product. It is expensive for what it is but as it came from America I suppose you have to add that into the price.
