Works as advertised, locks firmly inplace.. A little bulky but thats to be expected.
I have a lot of Rigid tools, I have a lot of Milwaukee tools...Most of my Milwaukee tools are newer and have larger/newer/fresher/better performing batteries. This device allows me to use those larger/newer/fresher/better performing on my rigid tools and it has worked on every tool I have tried it on (probably 7-10 different rigid cordless tools so far)It locks firmly in place and while it adds bulk to the rigid tools that was expected given what it is and so far it has not presented any serious clearance problems... If I ever find a situation where the added bulk creates a clearance issue I would just switch to a rigid battery...I love this thing and use it every day.

Works great
A little thick when used on a circular saw. Doesn’t allow full depth of cut. Otherwise it works perfectly

Works great
I used it at work and it does great! I was curious if it was wires or whatnot inside so I separated the halves and found out it is a printed circuit board with 4 legs soldered on the circuit board is “trace” is one half and one half of the board, so looks like it would last. Plastic can flex a bit with mild effort but as long as you don’t drop it from too high shouldn’t be an issue.Update 12-2023My impact started being sporadic and I’d have to wack the battery to get it to go, then had to hold it tight to keep it going. Ended up pulling it apart and found the positive leg had arced away till it didn’t make contact anymore… leg ends only engaged tool contacts about 1/4”so I had to solder maxi fuse legs on to extend them and trim plastic to get them to go over new legs. After that worked great!

It works. Not disappointed.
Put it to the test with the Ridgid sawzall with 2 Milwaukee batteries cutting dead logs, branches and sapplings down to the roots. Bogged the saw down a few times and the 5.0 battery didn't get warm at all. As soon as my battery was one light in the charge meter I swapped. Better safe than sorry. Came unclipped a couple times but that was expected from vibrations. Great buy. Saved me from having to buy more crappy Ridgid batteries. Glad I found this product.

Works great (it's new)
Bought my first Ridgid tool. I owen only Milwaukee battery tools. Some of Milwaukee tools I find very expensive, considering that I won't use it that often. Therefore I went to Ridgid for a tool that I do not use that often. It cost me less. But I did not want to have to buy the battery line for Ridgid tools. This converter from Milwaukee batteries to Rigid tools is a perfect solution. It locks onto the tool and the battery very well. No play whatsoever. It's only an inch and a half in depth. For a $28 it is a great investment. Cheaper than buying a bunch of Ridgid batteries. Apparently you can find these converters that will connect other battery tools to different tool lines. It works and it's well made. Now we will just have to see how long it will last.

New life for older Rigid tools
Can now use multiple Milwaukee batteries on older Rigid tools without needing more of the older NiCd batteries. Fits perfectly. Had to cut an additional slot into the adapter to take some older Milwaukee Lithium-ion batteries. Good fit on circular saw with a 2.0 AH battery.
