RYOBI40V HP Brushless 26 in. Cordless Battery Hedge Trimmer with 2.0 Ah Battery and Charger

I purchased the Ryobi 40 volt 26 inch Hedge Trimmer from the The Country Butler, great price, arrived early, the box and the product arrived in great shape but the battery was DEAD. Unlike other sellers The Country Butler puts a contact page in his products, with his actual phone number. So. I called Leo and told him about the battery, he thanked me for calling and apologized about the battery. Then instructed me how to contact Ryobi and I had a tracking number for a replacement battery in a few hours. I plan on buying more Ryobi 40 volt products and plan on buying them from The Country Butler. Thanks Leo

I needed a quicker way to trim my azaleas, this trimmer works great for my project!

Product I received was not in original packing/used

Problem with the battery . the seller made it right .

The seller needed to replace the battery not the buyer to make numerous calls and be left on hold for hours trying to communicate with the Ryobi company to replace and out dated battery. I have been waiting weeks with no communications as to when, if, and how I may someday get this replacement battery. I have 130Trees to trim. I need an immediate refund .

Battery would not charge.

This trimmer has great capacity to handle thicker branches. I have not put it to work yet, but it seems powerful enough to do the job. Seller was great. Order arrived ahead of schedule by several days. Only potential drawback may be the weight. We’ll see when I use it.
