Very good but pains in ear After long usage

This can connect to both simultaneously and I can easily take calls at my desk or while driving
I carry two phones at work. This can connect to both simultaneously and I can easily take calls at my desk or while driving. Audio quality seems to be really good so far. Only cuts out when the phone is in a bad coverage area-and that's a carrier problem not a hands free issue.Just started using this so we'll see over time how the battery life holds up.Like that I can charge it in the case or charge the earpiece directly. Comes with charging case, car charger, usb cable, various size eartips, and clip on earloop.

Microphone stopped working
I have purchased four of these over the last two years, one for each family member, and was generally pleased overall with the quality, but there is always that one... Well, I finally got around to writing a review, although I purchased this one Nov 17, it has sat on my desk for 6 months. The product worked for just a little over a year, and the microphone stopped working, as I can hear the caller, but the caller cannot hear me.

Great value. Strongly recommend.
Comfortable and lightweight. The battery consistently lasts 5.5 to 6 hours and charges very fast when using the cradle. Pairs easily with my smartphone and laptop computer. The mic quality is very clear, and performs respectfully in normal wind conditions. Folks on my conference calls say they don't hear background noise when I'm in the car or the cube farm at the office with lots of chatter. Would definitely re-order if I need another.

Cannot keep connected to the phone.
It started out working great for about six months. Then it started bouncing the voice back to the regular phone ear speaker. After 1.5 years now, it will only work for maybe three minutes before dropping the voice. I will not purchase another one nor recommend this product.
