have loved this product for many years but since they changed package something is not the same. not as good but I still like it.

When drinking hot cocoa, the flavor is so important. I would definitely recommend this land o lakes cocoa. It's great!

Good mix of flavors

Did not get the flavors listed and was disappointed i only bought for one of the flavors i didnt get. The taste is very creamy and these are superior quality, just didnt get what i thought i was getting

We love the Land O Lakes Hot Chocolate packs we find around Christmas time. Used to be able to get a variety pack at Costco, but didn't find one this year. Neither of us were a fan of the Arctic White so when I saw a variety without it and with some flavors that looked good to try including Butterscotch I went for it and bought two despite it being more pricey than options with the Arctic White. Neither variety pack contained Butterscotch and both had Arctic White. Very disappointing. Plus no clip. I didn't buy it for the additional clip, but if you're going to say it contains a clip and show a photo of the flavors and not put that flavors might be different and then send it in a basic white bag and charge what you charge you're ripping your customers off. If it was anything else I would have returned it because of inaccurate website description, but it feels dumb returning hot chocolate. I just won't buy it this way again.
