I had looked into this supplement to help with cortisol spikes as well as sleep. I'm so glad I did! I've been taking it for about a month and a half and it's helped with hormone driven anxiety, sleep, and overall calm. This is now a staple for me, along with magnesium glycinate.

Phosphatidylserine has a lot of good qualities. Studies have shown it to help with memory fog and memory loss as well as short term memory issues. It has also been shown to help with muscle soreness and fatigue. It seems to have helped with me with my memory fog. I would recommend it, although you'll want to experiment to find your appropriate dosage.

Starting with the company name 'Type Zero'. According to the website they market, zero artificial sweeteners/ naturally derived ingredients. Company is owned by a Type-1 diabetic, which maybe true but possibly could be used as market targeting demographic, for the most part looks like a good company. Design and labels are clean, would appeal to most people as it did lure me in as well. My reason for picking this up was to see his phosphatidylserine would help in my daily life, and I also happened to be looking for Huperazine-A at the same time, which just so happens require a choline source to work optimally. So this indeed would be a all in one nootropic for that purpose, the pricing to serving ratio warranted atleast trying out the product, before I went ahead and purchased (Huperazine-A and phosphatidyl, alongside Alpha-GPC which I already used. In terms of effectiveness, I can't speak on the phosphatidyl as it's not as pronounced in noticing it's effects, however Huperazine-A in this product worked for certain as I did notice enhanced cognitive functions and lucid dreaming on the days I took it around 5pm, prior to studying. The dosages in the product are also adequate to those used in studies, perhaps 200mg more of alpha gpc, however a lot of foods you eat include choline and this can be taken into account. I would rate this a 5, if there were lab results for purity of batches, as the company does claim 'high quality ingredients', but the only way to prove this is with lab results. It's a good product for your everyday 'biohacker' (

Been on this for 5 days and feel less foggy. I have lots of energy too! Slept great the last couple of nights too!

The pills work, they give me energy and a good feeling. After work I still have more focus and energy and they don't give me the side effects caffeine has. For this reason, I ordered the second time. And I was negatively surprised. They changed the packaging and the serving size. Before it was 45 servings and now it is only 30. Moreover, you have to take 4 pills and once and not 2 like before. Also, the amount of Alpha GPC went from 300mg to 200mg. What is interesting is that the size of pills remains the same. Because I was not informed in advance of this negative change, I am giving only 2 stars.

I have loved this supplement! The only thing is, I received the new bottle today, and on the back it says to take four capsules instead of the two that I had always been taking; it is the same 400mg.

No notable improvements in memory or recall. Not worth the money.
