BulbHead Red Copper 10 PC Copper-Infused Ceramic Non-Stick Cookware Set

I had this brand red copper pot square pot before, so I know the product is good. But the handles might come off the lids; the actual pots are really good. It is more of a slow cook, but it’s really hard to burn on to the pot when they say “no stick” they mean it! Honestly, this packaging 📦 put me on for a loop, because when I saw how small the box was when it came in, I was concerned that they may have not put all 10 pieces it. Believe me when I say all 10 pieces are in there! The quality of the actual copper cookware itself is excellent! Only once, I tried one of their flipping grill pans, and the handle broke off that one. Although that was the one with the flimsiest quality handle. Despite that, it cook flawlessly. Also the other product is bolted in so the handles shouldn’t be just popping off. -At least it didn’t on my red copper square pot. I decided to get the set because the red copper square pot was too big for me to cook and it was the only pot I had in the house. Usually cooking for a maximum household of two, but these are definitely faster than that one! I actually only owned one pan before I bought the set but it’s only one pan. I needed more utensils to cook with.

I like the color

First, do not listen to the people who apparently can’t read directions and give this cookware low ratings. Before using them you need to “cure” them, which is simple and only takes a few minutes and can be repeated if pans start to lose their nonstick properties. Also, NEVER use spray-on cooking oil with any nonstick pan as it degrades the nonstick properties, and I rarely use metal utensils and never put them in the dishwasher. The key is to use a little butter (I love and use a little Smart Balance that works great) or oil before cooking anything. If you read reviews of all nonstick cookware they all at least partially lose their nonstick properties — especially the ones that are PFOA and PFTE free like these, which is rare BTW — so using a little butter or oil is all it takes. I’ve used these pans for many, many years and they’re still working very well and make cleanup so much easier, even with burnt-on stuff that can be a nightmare with regular cookware. My only complaint with this set is it doesn’t come with a 12” pan, which is really a kitchen necessity and I’d much rather have than an 8” or 10” pan. Also, standard lids don’t lock in place on the pans, which is a little annoying if you don’t have Red Copper lids. Honestly, given their performance and value and that they’re both PFOA and PFTE free I can’t ever see buying any other cookware. Very highly recommended!

I just got these this Saturday, but we bought the larger skillet by itself 3 months ago which encouraged this purchase. We had a $250 calphalon set we got for our wedding and after time, the nonstick surface started flaking off in food and it was gross. We didn't notice the problem with the Red Copper pan because it's copper infused nonstick. We seasoned the pans as per the instructions, and periodically they can be reseasoned to return them to their initial nonstick slick surface. These seem to perform much better than my calphalon set ever did. We have a gas stove and my old set used to heat food unevenly. I've been using the Red Copper set all weekend and food cooks evenly and is difficult to burn. Sometimes sauces still do stick to the surface a bit even after seasoning, but it cleans up pretty easy with soap and water. I like the Red outside because one thing I've noticed about other copper brands is the pots aren't coated on the outside and tarnish. That won't be a problem with these. I only have 4 star because they don't 100% perform as advertised, but after putting in 5 years with a nonstick set that has 5 star reviews online and I've been disappointed in it, I'm convinced that a pan is about as good as the type of stove you cook on and what kind of cook you are. These work for us and I hope we will have no problems with them. If you're worried about it, I suggest buying the big fry pan at Wal-Mart first to test it since it doesn't come with this set, and then consider this set. Update: have had the set for a year. Still love it. I use only bamboo utensils. Have been performing excellently. Perfect heat distribution every time and no burnt bottom food. I moved and have an electric stove and they perform just as well.

First, if I haven't said it before, I HATE TO COOK! I think the cleanup really has a hand in it. These pans are amazing. I started off with a 9 inch square. It became my go to. I decided, needing new ones anyway, I would take the plunge and invest in Red Copper. I have not been disappointed. My favorite are the square fry pans. I purchased the 10 and 12 inch separately, as the set has round pans. Easy to clean is an understatement. I have had nothing stick to these pans that required me to "soak and scrub" like my old ones. It has been stated, you can use any form of utensils and it won't scratch or chip. I am sure this is true but I only use bamboo or non stick. The outside red coating has come off to some extent. That seemed to happen when I had them in the oven. I am not too worried about that since it has not affected the cooking surface. I will try to give an updated review once I have had them longer.

I first found this brand about three years ago by accident at a discount store. I thought I would try it out to see how well it stood up to its advertisement. It was the best decision I ever made! I wanted a full set of pans and when I found them on Amazon, I jumped at the chance of getting a set. I have not been disappointed! The heat distribution is amazing, they are literally scratch resistant, and they are so easy to clean! If you are looking for a great set of pans, try these, you will not be disappointed! Highly recommended!
