I have him wear a depends just in case there is a leak, there was none. Be aware you have to put the scrotum and the penis into the device, so it sits snugly under the scrotum, I Vaseline the private area as to avoid moisture staying on the skin. It did not leak. I hang the bag on his wheelchair and put the bag in a bucket on the floor to avoid any spill or leakage. He slept through the night and said he was very comfortable. Also I didn’t have to wake every 4 hours to change him. Win win for us both. Package was written in Chinese but I watched the video and looked on the diagrams. It’s self explanatory, easy to put on. I would highly recommend. Well at least it work for me. I was very happy.

Used for my dad who has issues related to a stroke. Be patient with the buttons. The fit has to fit snuggly to seal. The item needs to be washed regularly as it reeks from use. Biggest thing be patient and make sure everything is sealed or there will be leaks.

I use this at night when I sleep and I’m totally pleased with it because it allows me to get a good nights sleep without having to get up every hour to go to the bathroom.I used it for the first time while driving on the road and it worked great 😊.

Cheaply made, no instructions in English

I bought this for my very stubborn “elderly” dad who can barely stand up & walk without a walker. I bought the sticky condom kind (not knowing he’s not well endowed anymore [aka turtle]) but that product was way to uncomfortable for him because it was like something was pulling/holding his head out. In any event, I bought this product & it truly works!!! Because my dad was DRY!!! No need to change out his PJ, the bedsheets, underpass, & his diaper. It works just as long he doesn’t try to keep taking it off!!! SMH It’s going to take some time for him to get used to this product because he still feels that he needs to stand up to do a #1 & he’s not used to having his whole thing (including the sac) in a cup. I totally recommend this product if your husband/dad is a “turtle” & to lower down your headaches & your frustrations.

First purchase was not this brand. The urinal was not big enough for an elderly man. But concept was a good ideaNow purchased this item for elderly man (77). Urinal is bigger. Private parts stay in. IT WORKS. no issues at allHe doesn’t use overnight. Sleep habit is to restless.Purchased 2nd one.Still wash every night but no leaks. Just a few spots. Smaller than a dime.
