Fast delivery. The Byrna is extremely a quality product. As a U.S. Marine veteran I can appreciate of a quality weapon for self defense,, and Byrna absolutely won't my respect 100 % this less lethal launcher should not be taken lightly because of the variety of colors,, rather upon test fire I immediately was convinced in it's potential effectiveness. Prior to my purchase the many videos that I watched on the Internet were not sufficient enough to show it's power so much so that a week later I purchased a second Byrna. May God bless America and a salute to Byrna for this extreme innovation as an OPTION TO LESS LETHAL means of personal protection.

Great size and weight. Easy to load and instructions are easy to follow. I really like it comes in a case. I bought two. Highly recommend.

Today, more than ever, some form of self protection is needed. A real handgun, for most people, is a waste of money. If confronted, they are unable to pull the trigger. The Byrna solves that problem because it isn’t a real gun. It’s an air gun that shoots plastic balls that are basically, non lethal, legal to have in all 50 states. Better to be tried by 12, than carried by 6.

The best & safest way to protect yourself and your loved ones. The fact that it is non-lethal but will keep you safe is worth everything.

Never even heard of this until recently. Now there are BB guns that are much much stronger but being hit by this bigger projectile will certainly bring you down non lethally. I’m very confident in that part. The case it comes in could be better the clips jam. The grip is solid and the clips for whatever reason seem as tho they are not in all the way and slightly wiggle. Definitely test it out so you have an idea of the range and sway of the round BUT understand that the round being fired is plastic and will undoubtedly come back flying at you if your not careful. Overall the price sucks but it’s decent quality

90% of it is bad. So, I'll start with the ad. The ad says free returns, however I didn't know until I tried to return it, you can only return it if it arrives in a unworking condition/broken. So make sure that you definitely want the over sized, overweight & overpriced Byrna. The price: At $429.99 for all that we are about to mention is WAY overpriced in comparison to other brands and quality. I realize that it it my fault for not doing more research, but this is a learning curve for me. After testing this model out and being almost completely dissatisfied, I purchased the Umarex T4E Walther PPQ .43 caliber and WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The PPQ is smaller (more compact) quieter, ALOT LIGHTER, ALOT CHEAPER ($188.97) better quality, better looking (identical to the real deal) and you don't need to special order a holster for it because it's the exact specs of the real deal. After unsuccessfully attempting to buy a holster for the Byrna at a Academy & a gun shop, I realized that I would have to special order a holster from Byrna. Like I said, way too bulky. I contacted Byrna and asked them if they manufactured a smaller/compact model, and they told me "unfortunately no." So I asked if I could return it and was denied. I was finally able to sell it for HALF of what I paid. The Walther PPQ is half of the weight of the Byrna, which is a huge deal if you plan on carrying it, which why wouldn't you? DO YOUR RESEARCH! CHECK OUT THE UMAREX T4E WALTHER PPQ BEFORE YOU BUY THIS MODEL. Remember, no returns on this one, good luck!
