It was super easy to assemble. Instructions were great and straight to it! Got it for my one year old. She loves it along as my 6 and 12 year old. Great buy. Cheaper than others and great quality. I was almost hesitant about the pink but the pink turned out very nice and not cheesy.

My daughter uses this slide every day! She is 2 and it’s by far my favorite Christmas purchase we got! So happy with it. My 7 year old and 5 year old also love to play on it, even though it is for smaller kids, it’s so solid and quality that the older kids are totally fine on it!!

This slide is very good quality and sturdy. When I first received my product it was completely damaged, however, this was the carriers fault. I contacted the seller and sent them pictures of the damaged product since the carrier was no help. They were very helpful and my slide was replaced. Overall, great product and great customer service.

I received item defective, pieces not lining up properly and paint chipping. Requested refund from seller but conditions state I have to pay for return shipping and restocking fee, I could see that if I were returning because I no longer wanted it but the item is defective and I’m having to pay just to get my money back.

I got this for my daughter around 14 months old, and she loved it then, and loves it now (at 18 months). It will still be a while before she outgrows it. I'm so glad we have this for her to play on inside during our long winters.

The screw holes don’t line up in two places between the slide board and one support side. So I cannot fasten these screws. I have contacted the selller and only received and auto response about how important it is to them that I’m happy. This is unacceptable for something that costs $200. Returning this heavy item will be a hassle.
