These are great for exercising with a bad knee. Variety of strengths

These would be great if they were the weight/stretch it’s states it’s “estimate” weight really was accurate. There is no way the heaviest is (‘’estimate’’) weight “40lb. They are so weak.I’m small and I’m in PT and using the Xheavy (heaviest one).Don’t recommend if you want serious bands.
