I bought this to remove black heads and clean my pores but it does not have enough power in the suction. Seemed like a good product, I am very disappointed.

Effective device to keep your skin clean and smooth! But ... the accompanying booklet is terrible! It took me a long while to figure out what goes where. First of all, the diamond microdermabrasion attachment heads are threaded, so you're looking to see where in the world they screw on .... they don't ... they slide on the little rubber gasket of the collection cup. Second, there isn't an off/on switch. So the timer has to be set for 1 minute and runs for that amount of time before it shuts down. I frantically tried unplugging the AC adapter from the wall, then removing the adapter from the device, and it just kept running. I gave it 5 stars because the device effectively cleans skin of dead skin. This is my very first such purchase, so I don't have comparisons, but I like it. My night cream/moisturizer seems to soak in beautifully. And the price is right. It would be nice to have information as to where replacement diamond heads can purchased. Message to the manufacturer: For goodness sake, rewrite the booklet!

UPDATE: i had this product for 3 months and used it 5 times so far. I figured out why the device kept shutting off during my sessions, i didnt set the timer correctly. now that i know how to set the timer correctly it doesnt shut off on me, before i was setting it for 3 seconds or 5 seconds thinking it was 5 minutes lol. The other night i used this for about 15 minutes and in the morning my face was GLOWING and looked young and fresh! I KNOW the device is working because i see my dead skin cells coming off inside the clear cap through the fliter. This pmd device is ALOT better than the PMD brand which is being sold for 90 dollars in some places, this one is far more SUPERIOR. Compared to the pmd the diamond tips this comes with are superior to the aluminum tips used with the pmd. I LOVE it! i just hope i can get cheap tip replacements

This machine worked great - one time. After that - the suction is down to nill - nothing - nada. I will try to contact the seller - SunTen and see if it can be exchanged. I am disappointed because it worked great the first time. The instruction booklet could be clearer but I'm fairly sure in spite of the fact that it was a little tedious to read, I did everything correctly.

I love this device. After a hot steamy shower and good face washing with mild face clenser i use this and OMG it gets all types of gunk out of pores. After I wash my face again and tone with which hazel and use moisturizer. My face looks fresh and dewy. Just a word of advice, start on the low setting and work you’re up.

Loved it at first. Worked approximately 12 times. Says there is a one year warrantee but there is no information to contact seller or manufacturer.

I read all reviews about the product. The reviews are corrected. The best investment for my face and chest area. Saving money and time in my own home.happy happy ☺☺☺
