Turning 50 years old is tough but when you switch from regular Women’s multivitamin to Women’s 50+ multivitamin, that’s just icing on the cake! This multivitamin is a rather large pill, so if there are issues with taking medicine and swallowing pills, this one isn’t for you. I can’t tell the difference between under 50 and 50+ vitamins but I’m sure it is something my body needs more or less of. I take this with a meal to decrease risk of upsetting my stomach. Overall, 50+ isn’t that bad I don’t guess.

I take these on a daily basis due to my age and have ordered serval bottles of these vitamins in the past. The current bottle I received several days ago had the purple top broke off of it, reason for 4 stars. Since everything else in the box came unbroken as happens with products and boxes tossed around, this bottle just came this way. I didn't return due to I opened top white cap on it and the botte was sealed, so I decided to keep. The size and quantity is nice to have. I can't taste them which is usually a good thing, I take with my other morning meds.

I've taken these for years and I do not know how beneficial they are? But they are complete and I always take daily just to fill in any nutritional gaps. I do not feel any internal distress, gas, etc. I feel confident in the quality, they are on a regular subscription so they arrive regularly.
