EPAuto69 Pieces - 1/4" & 3/8" Drive Socket Set with Pear Head Ratchet, Chrome (92-824)

For now I’ll give it a 5 star review I’ve only used the tools twice but as for right now they seem to be of high quality for the price my only complaint is it doesn’t come with bits for torx and stuff like that but I have a torx key set anyway.

My dad was in a pinch and misplaced his set so I got him this one to replace his. He said it was comparable to his expensive set he had and they are nice solid tools. The sizes of the socket are correct and work very well. The sockets lock on when needed and are easy to remove when time to switch them. I would recommend this set. Wanting to get another for myself.

The Amazon Basics socket set was out of stock so I went with this one and after using it for a couple of weeks of daily use I must say I am impressed. It is one of the best sets for the DIY'er on a budget.A lot of people complain about how the tools don't snap into their locations in the case so if you open it upside-down they fall out everywhere but in my opinion it's much better this way as the tools are so much easier to remove and replace and you don't have to worry about yanking the whole case off the shelf trying to remove a socket like other cases. If you use some common sense and be mindful of the ARROWS ON THE CLIPS THAT POINT RIGHT-SIDE UP, then you won't have to worry about opening upside-down.The quality of the set is on par with some of the entry level tool brands such as Stanley and Craftsman but for much less. No chipping or flaking despite having exposed them to brake fluid and forgetting to clean them as well as dropping them. Suspiciously high quality for the money. Only the test of time will reveal their true quality but even if I only get a couple of years out of these tools, they will be in my opinion money well-spent.My only complaint is the lack of a 18 mm 3/8" drive deep-well. The set could also use a 3/8" universal adapter and I'm sure there's room for it in that case but other than that this is one of the best, if not the best socket set for the money. If they had a larger, more complete 3/8"/1/4" socket set I would have bought that!

excellent quality , handy and contains all the needed caliber for home use

So far very impressed. I wish it had a rubberized handle instead of the metal handle as much of my work is done in extreme cold. But I knew what I was getting when I ordered it and it seems to be perfectly sufficient for me working on my classic car!

November 3, 2019 I received this set today; I'm very happy with the quality of this set, especially as it contains both 3/8" and 1/4" drive ratchets, deep and shallow 6-point sockets, extensions all in one convenient, efficiently organized and strong carrying case. Chrome finish is well done, fit is excellent.May 8, 2020 Update: I have been using this set here at home as well as at my daughter's house; I love the great function and portability of this set. This contains everything you would need in 3/8" and 1/4", without the driver bits etc. found in other makers' sets to boost tool count. Recently I had an issue with one tool in the set, of my own fault. I contacted EP Auto who got back to me immediately and rectified the problem at no cost to me. Superb customer service, and an excellent set of tools!
