So far, I've noticed a huge improvement in my skin, hair, nails, and teeth. I chose this formula since it seemed to have higher concentrations and more mineral variety. I am pleased with that. The only thing that I might comment on that I don't care for is how enormous they are in comparison to a normal mutli vitamin. I have to fill my mouth with water before I can even consider swallowing one. And I only take one at a time, two in a row. But that isn't a deterant or really even a negative. I may try a pill cutter. Definitely try them out. I'll be getting more. UPDATE: (3 things) * I just put this on a 2 month recurring order. First product I've ever done that with. I've had these for almost a year. it's really hard to find a mineral supplement with all 72. My husband is a store manager at GNC and he even said, "these are really good." I take these when I start craving something but can't figure it out. I think my body is missing something important. These make the feeling go away. It is possible to take too much minerals so I'm not sure if I would recommend these every day if you haven't had blood work to actually diagnose a defeceincy (sp?). I've had some small things in my blood work indicate mineral difeceincy (SP?) could be the cause. So, I might take 2 a week because these should naturally store properly in the body. The pills are rather large. One of the bigger pills I've ever had to take. I make sure my husband is home when I take them in case I choke. I've never choked but I'm always cautious. If you're looking for a complete mineral supplement these will definitley fill that need. Also it is best to take with a large meal as the fats in the meal help absorb the minerals

It’s difficult to find a multi mineral supplement that doesn’t have iron. The tablets are huge but you can get them down with liquids. When you consider it’s a 90 day supply it’s very cost effective.

We are 70 and I bought to help me, wife took it after I told her how I felt. I had more energy and felt so much better. Then the crazy thing happened the barber asked what I put on my hair because there was lots of new growth on top. That was a surprise but 20-30 new growth on top. We will continue to buy this it's great.

Perhaps it was me, but I had a hard time swallowing the table. It seemed to want to stick. I cut them in two and still had some issues in swallowing.
