The product arrived at destination: Colombia, but it does not work, it does not work, it recognizes the microphone.How do I make a guarantee?

This was super easy to connect to my karaoke machine and had great sound output. I love that it was comfortable to grip because you never know how you're going to "feel" the music and sometimes you want to hold the microphone tightly and sometimes lightly. It felt great both ways. The cord is a good, standard length. I feel like the head has some kind of breath or sound reducer because it did not pick up side noise or when you took a breath between stanzas. We didn't have any issues with reverb either!

Was surprised at how sturdy the microphone is. Was expecting something light and flimsy for what we paid for it.
