Is this product working on the MacBooks ?

I have a macbook pro as my side computer and it works just fine. You need a little finagling though to get the keybindings to work.

Does this control yoke have a center detent?

Yes, the yoke has detents at the center of the X&Y axes. Each control on the throttle quadrant has a detent at the bottom of the throw. This is the factory set up. There are tutorials on You Tube to remove these all of the detents on both the yoke & throttle quadrant, and set up for more realistic flight control charecteristics. Hope this helps…
