I had a slight reservation about this watch, having seen it in a window on the high street, in that the hands are actually finished in black. However, on the wrist this looks entirely appropriate and the watch has a restrained appearance that makes it suitable for all but sports or outdoor pursuits.The case is slim and is made to look more so by the way the case is shaped to the rear. Even the leather strap, which is where costs get saved sometimes, is of a very acceptable quality and appearance. Added to the sapphire crystal, which also has an AR coat, the Amazon price for this watch makes it really quite good value. I paid around 35% less than published RRP.The only thing missing seemed to be an instruction leaflet, although I'm not certain what should have been included. The warranty form was.
