Does this have a distinct smell to it like the american east coast buckwheat honey?

It helps Both the skin and digestion, and has other healing qualities. The aroma and color of this Buckwheat honey, is delicious and wonderfully distinct.

Is this legitimate raw unfiltered honey? Can anyone tell me how they feel after eating this honey for awhile, healthwise?

The jar label states “unpasteurized”, “raw honey”. I’ve always used buckwheat honey for its rich flavor and silky texture. I use it for teas, baking and for sore throats (1 tbsp) with warm lemon/ginger drink. Best honey ever! I entered “raw, unfiltered honey” and this is one of the definitions that came up: “ The main difference is that raw honey is kept in its natural state with no heat or filtering at all, so it contains naturally occurring bee pollen, royal jelly, beeswax, and propolis.
