Excellent customer service.
Beautiful addition to our bathroom. Problem with brass fitting of handheld shower head, it was to short for my plumbing, I contacted them via email, told them I need it 1cm longer, they replied within 24 hours. They custom made me a new part, arrived within 2 weeks & fits perfectly. Highly recommend.

Quality product
The product is well built. The only complaint is that the instructions are just a one sided page. The plumber was able to figure it out, but I would have given a 5 stars on "Easy to install" otherwise.
